Due to the nature of the high revving S2000 engine a great level of vibration is produced, potentially causing the oil filter to back out and become loose. There has been various instances where the filter has backed out all together causing engine failure, or worse, catastrophic vehicle fire. Our Renegade design ensures the oil filter stays tight, while offering a beautiful show quality finish.

It starts by using quality materials and skilled machinists. Our oil filter stoppers are precisely laser cut, CNC formed, and manufactured from premium US sourced CP1 grade titanium.
Heritage Series: Our colored oil filter stoppers are hand burnt anodized in our signature finish to ensure each piece is unique and worthy of the Heritage namesake. As a result, no two pieces are the same.

Each kit includes a Renegade Motorsports Titanium bracket, Renegade Motorsports Titanium Clamp and hardware.
Do I have to modify anything on my car?
Absolutely not. The Renegade S2000 Titanium Oil Filter Stopper was engineered to be a direct plug and play piece. This, in fact, is 100% reversible. The install should take ~5 minutes, requiring nothing more than a socket.
