This is a direct fit replacement for the front lower control bushing. Many S2000s suffer from torn rubber bushings. Honda does not sell just the compliance bushing separately, and can only be purchased with the entire front LCA assembly. Sold as a pair for left and right control arms. This is a direct replacement with your original OEM bushing.
