Ballade Civic Type R FL5 10mm Over Fender 12pc Kit
We made designed and made this product inhouse at Ballade Sports. We custom tailored the 2023+ Civic FL5 Type R with a TPU-GF over fender, which is Polyurethane infused Fiberglass material. Why do we want Fiberglass infused? This is a much better product to have painted and extremely easy to handle. This is why we decided NOT to make this product through traditional mold injection methods. The old tooling and plastic mold methods of the past are now being superseded by 3D printing. This new over fender is flexible and more durable than current ABS plastic products being sold. We designed this to have a full arch, making it a 12 piece design. Each corner of the car receives a Bumper, Fender and Side Skirt Extension. Most others cut off at the Side Skirt leaving the arch unfinished. Having a sectional design means parts (bumper, fenders, side skirt) can be removed without taking off the over fender extensions.
