Downforce Wide Front Fenders are 30mm wider and standard OEM fenders. Fits all front bumpers. The body line that runs next to the edge of the hood as been sharpened for a slightly more aggressive look. Features carbon fiber reinforced mounting points for added durability and resistance to cracking.
All Downforce products are design, engineered, and manufactured in the US. Careful attention of detail is used in producing each product. Downforce FRP products are stronger than many "carbon fiber" products on the market today. Downforce FRP Wide Fenders weigh less than OEM fenders and are reinforced in critical areas to ensure strength and durability. Also features Carbon Fiber and Carbon Kevlar mounting points for increased rigidity.
All Downforce products are produced using zero shrink TP high solids resin molds that are autoclave grade and rated to 485F. Downforce carries over experience from working on aerospace contracts for satellites, Formula race cars, military and companies such as TRD, HKS, etc. The surface of Downforce products are smooth and solid unlike many cheap products produced overseas that have wavy/rippled panels that are porous and require much prep work for paint. Products are molded directly to the body and designed from scratch to fit properly so fitment is OEM grade. Hexcel certified Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass is used on all Downforce products for added strength and durability.
